Yes. Every VDS and Dedicated Server plan includes daily off-site backups stored for 14 days by default.

If you decide to cancel a VDS or Dedicated Server within the first 15 days of service, you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable setup fees. After 15 days, no prorated refunds will be issued for the monthly subscription. Colocation services require a 30-day notice to cancel, and any Colocation setup fees (such as rack build and cross-connect charges) are non-refundable

All of our VDS and Dedicated Server plans come with unmetered bandwidth. This means there are no overage charges for data transfer as long as your usage remains within normal acceptable use policies. For specialized use cases requiring guaranteed speeds (for example, 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps dedicated ports), please see our optional add-on packages or contact sales for custom bandwidth solutions.
